Natural and tasty
The menu is compiled based on local and ecological products, such as goat/cow cheese from nearby farmsteads and nature’s gifts (fruits, vegetables, mushrooms), and also fish and meat from local farms.
Our kitchen also provides homemade preserves to help our Guests appreciate regional flavors throughout the year, and uses our in-house beer as a basis for most beverages.
